For two decades Za's Brick Oven Pizza has been a popular destination on Devine Street. The restaurant came under new ownership in January 2015, at which time an extensive renovation to the interior of the establishment was completed.
Doors officially re-opened in June 2015, offering many of the same popular menu items as before, along with a number of new offerings, all of which use locally sourced ingredients under the guidance of Chef David Grillo.
Chef David Grillo has over twenty-five years of culinary experience. He is also the Executive Chef of Cantina 76, a popular downtown Columbia dining establishment, with locations on Devine and Main Streets.
Za’s Brick Oven Pizza is dedicated to using locally sourced, quality ingredients for each menu item, and create a number of made-in-house offerings including signature sauces, dressings, croutons and sausage to name a few.
