Since 1999, Za’s Brick Oven Pizza has been a popular neighborhood establishment on the Devine Street corridor of Columbia, S.C. Reopened under new ownership in June 2015, Za’s interior was renovated in a rustic contemporary style, the menu was streamlined to focus on fresh, Italian-inspired dishes, and Executive Chef David Grillo was brought on to raise the game in the kitchen.
